When you create an account and use WikiProc, we collect the following information:

Profile enrichment data (optional or role-specific)
LinkedIn profile URL (required for Fellow profiles)
Professional biography (required for Fellow profiles)
Area of expertise (required for Fellow profiles)
Years of experience
Job title
GDPR consent data (required by law)
Date and time of consent
Version of the policy accepted
Usage data (to improve the platform)
Pages visited within the platform
Content interacted with (articles read, courses completed, skills bookmarked)
AI coaching conversations (used to improve responses, not linked to your identity in analytics)
Feedback and bug reports submitted
Legal basis for processing
Account data: contract performance (GDPR Art. 6.1.b) -- we cannot provide the service without this data
Usage data: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6.1.f) -- to improve platform quality and user experience

3. How Long We Keep Your Data
Your personal data is retained:
For as long as your account is active
For up to 24 months after account closure
Usage data and engagement statistics are retained for the duration of the beta program and up to 12 months after its end.
After these periods, your data is permanently deleted or anonymized (meaning it can no longer be linked to you as an individual).
4. Who Has Access to Your Data
Your personal data is never sold to third parties.
To operate WikiProc, Big Fish International uses the following technical service providers who may process your data:

We may share anonymized and aggregated data (data that cannot identify any individual) for market intelligence and platform improvement purposes. This data never contains personal information.

Right to rectification: you can correct inaccurate or incomplete data at any time from your profile.
Right to erasure: you can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
